Conquest privacy policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Conquest is a game by Kaivale Studio. This policy covers the Conquest app for iPhone and iPad.
What we collect
Nothing. Conquest has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn't send any information about you to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your device
The game saves your settings (sound, chat, game setup), your blocked players list, your tutorial progress, which army skin you wear, and a copy of what you've bought, so purchases keep working offline. Blocked players are stored by their Game Center player ID so they stay blocked in future matches. All of it stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Apple services the game uses
- Game Center (optional) runs co-op matches and leaderboards. When you play co-op, your Game Center nickname, colour and army skin are shown to the people you're playing with, and your moves are sent to their devices so everyone's game stays the same. Leaderboard scores go to Game Center. Apple handles this under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive it.
- Game Center friends: when a co-op match starts, the game may ask for access to your Game Center friends list. It only uses the list on your device, to turn typed chat on by default when you're playing with friends (and to spot a friend passing your wins, if you turned Friend alerts on). You can say no; typed chat then starts off, and you can turn it on for a match yourself.
- iCloud (if you're signed in): your progress (wins, friend milestones, earned looks and titles, your daily streak and season points) is kept in your iCloud account's key-value storage, so it follows you to your other devices and survives reinstalling. Apple stores it under Apple's privacy policy. We never see it.
- In-app purchases go through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details.
- Sharing: if you tap Share, the game makes a picture of your result and opens the system share sheet. It's sent only where you choose to send it.
Chat
- Co-op matches have an optional chat, in the lobby and in the game. Messages go straight between the players' devices through Game Center's match connection. They never pass through, or get stored on, any server of ours. In a solo game, what you type stays on your device.
- Messages exist only in the memory of the devices in the match. They're deleted when the match ends, when you leave it, or when the app closes. Nothing is saved.
- Bad words are masked automatically on your device, messages with slurs or harassment are removed, and offensive player names are shown as "Player" plus a short code.
- You can mute, block or report any player. If you report someone, the game opens an email to us in your own mail app, filled in with that player's Game Center name, a short reference code for them, the time of the match, and their recent messages. You can read and edit it before sending, and nothing is sent unless you send it. If no mail app is set up, the report is copied for you to paste instead.
- You can switch chat to quick chat only, or turn it off, in Settings. If your device has Screen Time restrictions on communication or multiplayer, typed chat or all chat is turned off automatically.
Children
Conquest collects no personal information from anyone, children included. Chat follows the device's Screen Time settings, so parents can turn communication off. Purchases follow your device's Screen Time and Ask to Buy settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
